Once you’ve purchased your subscription, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you used to sign up. In this email, I’ll outline the next steps to get you started. First, I’ll send you a form to complete. This form will help me gather important information to tailor and customize your training and nutrition program. Once I receive your completed form, I’ll begin working on creating your optimal program. We’ll also have weekly check-ins to track your progress. Based on your results, we’ll adjust your program as needed—whether that’s modifying your training, adjusting your nutrition, changing your cardio, or other areas to ensure you continue making progress.
